Oh, I always forget how much I enjoy this episode! Secretly, I almost go 'yawn, back to aliens' when it's time to watch it, but then it surprises me by being really enjoyable.
I enjoy the complicated interactions between Mulder and Scully in this one; on the one hand Scully is very compassionate, seeing how emotional Mulder is about this case. But a the same time, they are frustrated with each other. Scully is frustrated by Mulder projecting his sister's abduction onto this case, and Mulder is frustrated because he doesn't like things getting in his way, especially when he gets determined (and emotional) about a case.
Oh, and I dig the biker bar scene, where Mulder is practically making fun of the bartender, in order to get information about UFO sightings. I love Scully's 'WTF are you doing?' face.
The kid is seriously well cast. Ask anyone, I usually hate kid actors a lot. That's why I remark on it every time I like one!
This kid is so creepy.

I enjoy when Mulder corrects her pronunciation. And gets all up in her face.
